Throughout my education at The Ohio State University I worked as a Shift Manager at Noodles & Company. My duties include training new team members in selected positions. Fully trained in all positions. In charge of running shifts and making sure each shift is successful and everything is done properly and quickly. Customer service, problem solving, communication amongst team members and management, and assisting other positions during rushes.
