In the summer of 2022 I joined the creative team at Chute Gerdeman as a Brand Communication Intern. Chute Gerdeman is an award winning and globally recognized design firm based in Westerville, Ohio that revolves around designing seamless retail experiences and connecting people to brands. During my time there I was able to experience and partake firsthand in the Design Process with real world clients. I was able to build relationships with talented designers, and artists as well take my hand at designing so pieces within those projects. While designing I learned how to communicate my ideas in a new language and translate those ideas onto a digital platform.
